Our mission is to create an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive community through the sport of lawn bowls. By fostering accessibility and respect, we ensure that everyone — including those with disabilities or impaired movement — can participate, enjoy, and thrive in the spirit and tradition of the game.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               It is important to us to ensure the logevity of our club which was formed in 1938 for the benefit of the colliery workers and their families and although the mines have long since been closed the club continues to flourish as part of the local community and it is essential that we do our utmost to protecty its heritage.
